Stromberg 1/4" carb spacers can make a huge difference in the performance of your carb without going to a high rise intake or adapter. Made from special phenolic resin to insulate and reduce heat from the manifold to keep a cool fuel mixture and reduces fuel evaporation, vapor lock, and even starting issues. Includes gaskets for a proper seal on each side of the spacer. Extra-long carb studs are required to fit. This spacer is designed for standard 97s; All thou it will fit the base of a BIG 97, we recommend the specially designed Big version with a single opening. Part number STR-39447BIG
